MEET THE STARS OF THE ARTS IN COLOR TELEVISION SHOW
Jillian Patricia Pirtle Talent/ Host
Jillian Patricia Pirtle was brought to this world on January 29th in the year of 1983 with a shining star attached to her soul. Jillian is a Philadelphian that has had a great love & passion for the Arts since the tender age of three. Jillian has sparkled in the performing arts as a vocalist, actress, model, dancer and personality. Jillian received her formal training from the High School of Creative and Performing Arts where she majored in Vocal Music Performance and minored in instrumental Violin and Dramatic Performance. Jillian received her BFA Degree in Musical Theater from the University of the Arts in 2004. While attending the University, Jillian was inducted into the Marian Anderson Society as a Marian Anderson Scholar & Classical Vocalist. With Jillian’s Aspirations and Goals of starring on Broadway, some of the shows that she has been featured are Purlie’ (Luttliebelle), 'Ragtime' (Sarah), Thoroughly Modern Millie’ (Muzzy Van Hosmere) 'Hair' (Dionne), 'Ain't Misbehavin' (Nell), 'The Hot Mikado' (Katisha), 'Working' (Maggie Holmes), ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ (Crystal), 'Loves Labours Lost’ (Jaquenetta) and 'Funny House of A Negro' (Funny Lady/Land Lady). On December 11, 2010 Jillian was crowned as the New Miss Black Pennsylvania USA 2011 to represent the great state of Pennsylvania in the National Miss Black USA Pageant Inc. On August 8, 2011 Jillian wowed the National Audience in Washington Dc and brought home two National Titles. Jillian was then blessed with the honor, crown and title becoming the new Miss Pennsylvania Essence 2012 and in 2013 was Crowned with the title of Miss Pennsylvania Royal Dynasty and Miss Supreme National continuing her reign. Jillian continues with her platform of the Arts Empowerment Project and will be ever dedicated to the growth, development, education and economic success of our citizens and children in the Arts. Jillian believes that the arts are a doorway to the greatest form of self expression that not only transforms the masses minds & hearts but also inspires a generation.
Patricia Jackson Culinary Host
Patricia is a Renaissance woman of Incredible artistic talents which began with her birth in Gary Indiana. She was accepted to the prestigious Purdue University at the age of 15 and spent all of her undergraduate and graduate work there and received all of her degrees in Industrial Psychology. Patricia worked with several fortune 50 companies including McCormick and Toll Brothers before she opened her on Company in Security and then back to her roots when she studied abroad in France in Culinary Arts. Patti’s segments will reflect fruits and vegetables and recipes from around the world. She, in her segment will identify great local restaurants and their celebrated fare. Patricia will tie in their menus to the local color of the region. There will be great recipes to share and actives to join in on. There will be incredible baking, grilling and frying demonstrations for all to enjoy.
Andre Miles Bond Fashion, Stylist Consultant
Andre’ Miles Bond is a native of Southwest Philadelphia and a graduate of the Philadelphia Public School System. Andre’ is a Celebrity Fashion Stylist & Entrepreneur. He is a prime example that it’s not about: “Where you’re from, it’s about Where you’re at.” For almost 10 years, Andre’ was a Fashion Production Stylist for QVC - America’s #1 Electronic Retailer. Andre’ has served as Fashion and Wardrobe Stylist for such Celebrities as Dana Buchman, Joan Rivers, Carson Kressley (Queer Eye for the Straight Guy), Michael Kors, Bob Mackie, Nolan Miller, Kenneth Jay Lane, Phillip Bloch, Delta Burke, Finola Hughes (How Do I Look, General Hospital), and many more… In 2008, Andre’ Miles Bond moved to Sherman Oaks, California (LA) to become a Personal Wardrobe Stylist and Assistant to American Idol’s Sweetheart Judge Paula Abdul. Andre has also taken his talents abroad, styling for QVC and Paula Abdul.Currently Andre’ Miles is the Co-Owner of Octavio Miles Boutique located in the Manayunk, borough of Philadelphia. “One of my greatest joy’s, is being a business owner. My customers appreciate my talents and sense of style. “I feel good, when they look good”… Octavio Miles is a specialty shopping destination for women of Distinctive Fashion Taste. Octavio Miles Boutique caters to the woman who “Dares to be Different”. Andre’ has over 15 years,experience in the Fashion Industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science; and a Master’s Degree in Fashion Apparel Studies, with a concentration in Global Marketing from Philadelphia University.
